An aerial thermal survey of a building roof. Every finding marks heat escaping —
failed insulation, a cold bridge, a gap in the envelope. Select a finding to locate it.
Relative thermal — detection, not temperature
This survey locates where a roof is losing heat and ranks each finding against the surrounding
surface. It does not report temperatures: that requires a radiometric capture, which is a
different flight specification.
Every finding is reviewed and attested by the consultant before it reaches a report. Infrared locates
moisture and heat loss; a physical check proves it — which is how the discipline has
always worked.
